Here is the "start."
I added the Planning Sheet. We had to make one for the Collaboration class.

Just a few things to add. This week, I emailed Marsha Middleton and asked her for an update on how the VSLA Curriclum document is going. Her reply came from the minutes of the last meeting as she was unable to attend due to a broken wrist.
"Curriculum Document:We are still waiting for the new Tech GEs, which Donna Sullivan-Macdonald, serving on the committee with Ed Barry, has seen (198 pages).Sue M added that Ed Barry hopes to introduce them as part of the VITA-Learn spring meetings, the first being Feb. 4th.Shannon suggested we table this agenda item until after they are available and organize a summer or fall work group then. All agreed" The bottom line is that it is unlikely that the VSLA will get a curriculum together before next fall. I do not want to "pre-invent" the wheel but I would like to have something in place before next fall. Could we get together a list of skills that we want to focus on as a start? I will start a new page and we can brainstorm. When we get together, we can pare down, refine and prioritize. Remember that any of this can edit this. You can delete the page if you think it is a bad idea!!!
One more thing: Marsha Middleton took the Collaboration class with me...She said that her principal is now giving her 10 minutes in every faculty meeting to demonstrate some info skills or technology piece to the staff. Cool!

Is anyone going to VITA meeting on February 4?
